I'm going over my cheat.db and notice I had a disc 1 and disc 2, although when I get into cwcheats I think it just recognizes which "disk" im using. This code also does NOT cause the game's anti cheat thing to act up either.
But if you missed a pyroxene or something, you can just buy them from a shop. Careful using "special items" though, because there's a lot of event items in there too, and it could mean trouble if you buy some of them. It's a very useful code for just getting specific items into your inventory. In your case, you'll want to use square + right (on the d-pad) and then when you go into a shop menu to buy something, every accessory in the game will be present in the list. Then go to any shop, and before talking to them, use one of the following button combinations - select + left = consumable items, select + right = special items, square + left = chocobo, square + right = accessories, triangle + left = phantoma, triangle + right = weapons
